I did manage to get an e-mail off to them last night. They replied this morning:
We are currently experiencing an outage in your area. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working toward a resolution as quickly as we can.Faster, people. Faster!

Are you sure it's the signal and not the DNS server? I was having problems with it earlier too. I switched DNS server and it seemed to clear things up. A few posts ago I posted some DNS servers here.
