Here are the rules:
- The rules of the game get posted at the beginning.
- Each player answers the questions about themselves.
- At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know they’ve been tagged and asking them to read your blog.
And the questions:
- What was I doing 10 yrs ago?
I was just starting my current job, trying to coordinate the use and sharing of geospatial data in the state of Delaware as a staffer at the Office of State Planning Coordination (now part of the Office of Management and Budget). - What are 5 things on my to-do list for today (not in any particular order)?
- Empty the dishwasher.
- Play 18 holes of golf.
- Squire my daughter on a visit to her horse, Jazzy.
- Take a nap.
- Convince Karen and the girls to go out for dinner with me.
- Snacks I enjoy:
- Sun chips
- Hummus
- Almonds
- grapes
- Things I would do if I were a billionaire:
- Purchase land that might otherwise be developed in my county.
- Fund scholarships.
- Walk across the US staying at really nice hotels and Bed-and-Breakfasts.
- Play more golf.
- Three of my bad habits:
- Too much snacking
- Too much web-surfing
- Too much talking.
- Five places I have lived: (in no order whatsoever…)
- Bethesda, Maryland
- Waterville, Maine
- Germantown, Maryland
- Rehoboth Beach, Delaware
- Lewes, Delaware
- Five jobs I have had: (in no order whatsoever…)
- Busboy/Dishwasher
- Drugstore clerk
- Radio Announcer
- Public Relations Specialist
- Data Coordinator
- Five bloggers that I wanna know more about:

Just out of curiosity, why'd you pick the Writer In The Mountains?
By the way, Din't expect you to have much of an opinion on the poem ;)
Kris,
These tag-fests tend to concentrate among bloggers one already knows. In my case it has been among Delaware-based bloggers. I thought, for a change, that I would go slightly random, but guided my choices by searching for blogs in places that I either have lived or would like to live. I am a huge Vermont fan; we have vacationed for years at Highgate Springs.
And Writer in the Mountains was one of the first blogs to pop up in a geo-enabled search of blogger profiles!
