I've seen this car... Dover right? Like polishing a turd ya know. But in this case I don't even like the polish.
He's right this is in Dover. I know that because he used to likve in my apartment building and I would park next to the damn thing every day. In fact, I almost posted a pic of it a LONG time ago, but never got around to it. Small state...
